Phil Spool has been appraising in Miami-Dade County for 36 years. He is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, License No. 81, a residential and commercial appraiser having the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation with the American Society of Appraisers, vice-president and program chairman for the Greater Miami Chapter of the ASA as well as its District Director.
